Yes, you can.
A Hybrid Meeting allows you to set a location and add a Meeting link to the one Meeting event.
To do this:
1. Create your Meeting
2. Click the Hybrid Button
3. Add your Meeting location
4. Choose your preferred Meeting link.
5. Click Create.
