Calendar Integration

When you integrate your Google or Microsoft Calendar and create a meeting the following is true;
  1. Meetings automatically synced in your Google or MS Calendar
  2. Meeting Attendees receive invitations as normal
  3. RSVP status is dynamically available in QuickMinutes
  4. Google Meet or MS Teams conference links are automatically generated and added to your Agenda as the location for your meeting
  5. Two way sync: Events edited or deleted  from your calendar will be updated in QuickMinutes
  6. Two way sync: Events edited or deleted  from QuickMinutes will be updated in the calendar event
The QuickMinutes calendar integration is designed to maintain harmonious and perfect synchronisation between your QuickMinutes meetings and the calendar event in which participants have been invited.  This is true for 'one off' meetings as well as recurring meetings.
