How do I create a Meeting in QuickMinutes?

3. Editing Meetings: 
Two way sync - Events edited from your calendar will be updated in QuickMinutes and vice versa.    
One way sync - Meetings deleted in QuickMinutes will be deleted from your Calendar. 
Deleting events from your calendar will not result in meeting documentation being deleted from QuickMinutes.
