Create Meeting Modal - Recipients

The recipients list when creating a meeting in QuickMinutes allows admins to select who receives a notification of the meeting initially. By selecting a member, they will receive an invitation with meeting details and the event will appear in their calendar if the admin is calendar integrated.

Note: If you deselect members to receive a meeting invitation at this point, you can still send this by selecting members when publishing documentation.

Pro tip: Hover over the (i) icon next to the 'Create' button to see what your action will do.
