How do I easily onboard my entire organisation?

1. Generally users are added to your QuickMinutes subscription through meeting invitations.

2. However, if you wanted to be more proactive with respect to onboarding and publicising the platform within your organisation then you can simply enable 1000s of staff to access your QuickMinutes subscription by adding domain(s) belonging to your organisation to the Org Access panel.  

3. Once yourdomain.com is added to your Org Access panel you can circulate the message (and light training material) across your organisation.  With this light touch combination of 'access' and 'know how' you are all set.  The QuickMinutes platform and support team will take it from here. 



Notes: 
  1. There is no limit to the number of your domains you can add here
  2. For verification purposes you will need to contact support@quickminutes.com to add your domain(s) to the Org Access panel
