Sharing an agenda externally

With QuickMinutes, you do have the option to invite guests to one meeting only. Even if they are not a QuickMinutes user, you can share the agenda externally with peace of mind if you do not wish them to have access to past or future meetings or materials. To share your agenda externally follow the steps below; 

1.  Go to your agenda and click the "Get link" field highlighted in red below. 



2.  In the get link field, click copy link & done. Your shareable link will now give the external member read access to your agenda and documentation for this specific meeting.


3. Here is the view access the external member will get through QuickMinutes. 



By using this feature, whoever you share the meeting agenda with will have access to your conferencing link, date  / time details & documentation for this specific meeting, as seen in the screenshots above.
